LiveBarn Akamai delivery

The player resolves a tokenized .m3u8 from /api/v2.0.0/surface/akamai/... and re-signs every ~3 minutes so the streaming token never expires mid-watch.

Feed mode switching

Auto (4) is the production mix. Switch to Play-by-Play (9) for the operator follow-cam, or Pano (5) for the panoramic tactical wide angle.

Configure credentials

Set NEXT_PUBLIC_LIVEBARN_ACCESS_TOKEN, NEXT_PUBLIC_LIVEBARN_USER_ID, and NEXT_PUBLIC_LIVEBARN_API_BASE in .env.local to authenticate.
